Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 eggs* (you can skip the egg and add more chia seeds mixed with extra milk/water)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup peach applesauce
- 3 tablespoons vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large frozen bananas (slightly thawed)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugars.
- Blend in bananas, egg, oil, applesauce, milk, chia seeds and vanilla.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan (I used a 9"x13)
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick test comes out clean.
