- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup melted coconut oil (or vegan margarine)
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp chai spice
- 2 Tblsp dried coconut
- 3-4 Lbs fresh strawberries
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Chop the strawberries and place it in an 9"x13"oven-safe dish
- Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Top strawberries with the crumble mixture
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top has browned.
